Very disappointed: The reason I booked this hotel is because it says it has a roof top pool and health centre, as I am a keen fitness trainer. The in-room brochure also says they have both of these, but in fact they are not yet ready (new hotel). The in room brochure also says the restaurant serves room-service meals until 23:00. Coming in late from work one night, I discovered this is also untrue.
I dont think it is suitable for an Emirati Family smoking smell is everywhere no enough baby cots chargeable very small parkings security man works everything no water boiler no tea or coffee
Location is not clear the taxi couldnt find it but near the wild wadi & jumaira beach & emarat mall its very good
Nice hotel, good location to the Mall of the Emirates and the metro station, good airco, neat, nice bathroom, good bed and dunas. hard to find for taxi drivers thought (as it's quite new), tell them its behind city max hotel good value for money, we paid 35 euros for a night.
Cheap, great and clean
The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and quiet.
Facilities should be improved by adding the hairdryer and coffee maker in the room.
The room and bathroom was neat and comfortable. I was very glad to find the baby crib I asked for at the room when I arrived. They were very helpful in providing hot water for my baby's bottles free of charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was only a three-minute walk to Emirates Mall which has a metro station. A small supermarket was just adjacent to the hotel which is convenient to buy snacks.
The place was awesome, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I highly recommend this hotel, the place was great as well as the staff.
location and price
the porter had to be told 5 times to bring my suitcase dow and i almost missed my flight
We stayed at the Auris Lodge as for a single night before catching a flight early in the morning. Travelling with two kids under five I had no doubts about the safety or cleanliness as this is essentially guaranteed in the newer parts of the uae and this proved to be the case. Auris Lodge was ideal for us and if your needs are location, cleanliness and a good nights sleep this is a great option in Dubai. It is a no frills hotel (small pool and small cafe) but it is less than 100 metres from the Mall of the Emirate which will satisfy every need. Great value in an expensive city.
small space in the rooms and air conditioning is noisy
Rooms were clean
Showers, swimming pool was as small as a bath tub; staff wasnt attentive.
It's a very basic hotel. Good if you are just looking for a place to sleep at night.
There is no valet parking and they charge aed 20 per day for use of the underground parking. I arrived around 10:00pm and the only staff on duty were the gentleman at reception & a security guard who doubled as a bellboy. The restaurant was closed so eat out beforehand if you are arriving in the evening. The hotel is overpriced compared to others in the vicinity with more to offer for the same price.
Good hotel well worth considering
Taxi drivers seem to struggle to find the hotel but basically its behind the City Max Hotel
size of the deluxe double room, location behind Mall of Emirates. parking is easy outside the hotel no need for valet parking which costs money
no hot water in bathroom, snack bar was empty, TV channels are the cheapest option -- no showtime or orbit --. lighting was very weak. bathroom very small. no hair drier and iron, room was cooler than the fridge.valet parking is for money even if you stay there.
